We are looking for a FRONT DESK receptionist to serve as our patients' first point of contact and manage all aspects of their care. FRONT DESK responsibilities include scheduling new and existing patients, providing information about our services, and supporting a first and lasting impression with teamwork. If you have a knack for customer service, and work experience in a DENTAL FRONT DESK position, we would like to meet you.
Responsibilities:
-Welcome patients upon arrival and ensure they feel welcome
-New Patient Tours
-Scheduling appointments for patients in person and/or on the telephone
-Manage the schedule
-Organizing and maintaining all patient information
-Preparing letters, information packets and other correspondence as needed
-Collecting and posting copayments to accounts
-Respond to questions in a timely, knowledgeable and professional manner
-Communicate with our clinical staff and doctors to ensure all patients experience our commitment to service and care
-Maintain updated records of calls and appointments
Skills:
-Minimum of one-year Dental Front Desk experience
-Eaglesoft
-Excellent communication, multitasking and organizational skills
