Within the Star Dental Partners affiliated network of dental practices, the Dental Office Manager (OM) is responsible for monitoring and managing the operations of a single location. The Dental Office Manager will focus on executing numerous operational tasks in their dental practice with the goal of enhancing practice level efficiencies and growth in conjunction with the Star Dental Partner support team and the primary dentist of the practice. The Dental Office Manager works closely with the Regional Director of Operations (RDO) to drive a positive team culture and achieve positive practice results.

Team leadership, coaching and training

Qualifications:
3 years of dental office management or equivalent experience required
Proficient in dental performance management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, etc.), preferred
Strong understanding of marketing strategies, platforms, tools and metrics
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite of applications (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Word)
Solid understanding of P&L management (budgeting)
Comprehensive understanding ability to enforce current labor laws
Adhere to current regulatory agency guidelines (OSHA, HIPAA, CDC, etc.)
